All concerts will be held at the Arts Council. Sponsors of the 2016 Sunday Series are Sally L. Johnson, Charles & Joan Stadler, and The Bohl Family in Memory of Betsy Bohl.
Tickets are $15 each or $30 for the entire series. Tickets can be purchased below using PayPal or at the Arts Council office, 119 Miami Street, Urbana.

In2ative, Flute & Cello

With their music quoted as "Hot, and Edgy," In2ative's vibe is anything but traditional. Although classically trained at the Cleveland Institute of Music, this avant-garde duo specializes in a fusion of musical styles, combining the street rhythms of beat-box with jazz, hip-hip and rock, creating its own unique genre.
John Mortensen, Piano

John Mortensen enjoys an unusually broad career as a performer and teacher of classical and jazz piano. His concerts often begin with masterpieces of the classical repertoire before venturing into jazz improvisation or his original compositions. He appears frequently as concert artist and masterclass teacher at colleges and universities nationwide.
Wittenberg Woodwind Quintet

Five of the music departments' faculty members came together to play moving musical pieces as members of the Wittenberg Woodwind Quintet: Lori Akins (Flute), Lisa Grove (Oboe), Richard York (Clarinet), Joseph Hesseman (Bassoon) and Colvin Bear (French Horn).
